IMPORTANT NOTICE RE CHANGE OF KEY FOBS

 

 Dear Residents

 Please note that NEW KEY FOBS providing access to the garden will be issued on Saturday 18th May 2024.

 NEW KEY FOBS will be made available from 10am to 1pm on Saturday morning 18th May 2024 and thereafter by visiting WBM offices: 9 Spring Street London W2 3RA – 0203 987 5050.

 

NEW KEY FOBS will be swapped against the return of a valid current Key Fob or issued to new entitled holders upon the following: 

-         Presentation of a valid in date Council Tax bill showing Council tax band.

-         Photo ID.

-         For New Fobs the payment of a £50 deposit.

-         For Subscribers proof of payment of the Garden Fee.

 Please note that only Levy Payers Residents of Never Square (properties facing the square) and Subscribers properties in the streets immediately leading to the Square can apply to gain access to the square and a Key Fob.
